What would you do for your business if you won $10,000?
I encourage you to submit your entry at https://apps.facebook.com/amextakeoff and hopefully see you in the final 3!
Here was my submission;
Start up company launching in November 2011. Repstar Agencies will be an Affiliate Marketing Agency that creates, implements and manages Outsourced Marketing Programs for small to medium sized Canadian businesses needing help in growing their on-line sales and competing in the global economy.
AMEX prize money will be used to generate a series of high quality educational on-line videos and digital content showing small businesses the benefits of implementing customized Outsourced Affiliate Marketing Programs.
AMEX prize money will also be used for on line marketing initiatives to draw attention to the world of affiliate marketing, a marketing niche that the majority of small and medium sized Canadian businesses are not even aware of it’s existence.
This will help generate additional success, sales and potential to Canadian businesses overall, even though they may not become direct customers of Repstar Agencies. “Provide Value First”, Marc Palud, Owner and Founder.

I have a few long-term clients who I love dearly but who are painfully difficult to work with!
The problem is that they are creative entrepreneurs, brilliant at starting businesses – and launching new initiatives within existing ones – but challenged when it comes to building sustainable and scalablemachines.
Because our expertise is the inverse of theirs you’d think we’d work together fabulously well. But, more often than not, we don’t!
It’s not that we don’t appreciate the synergy. We do.
It’s not that we don’t both want the same outcomes. We do.
And it’s definitely not a personality thing – over the last 10 years a few of these individuals have become close personal friends of mine.
The issue (I’m starting to realize after reading Predictable Success) is that businesses must undergo a series of metamorphoses as they grow. Now, the thing is that these metamorphoses are tadpole-to-frogchanges (material, not superficial).
And these changes require that entrepreneurs and their management teams have an exhaustive understanding of the life-cycle of an organization – as well as a tolerance for the collateral damage that inevitably accompanies each of these transformations.
In our case, at least, this exhaustive understanding has been lacking. Fortunately, however, it’s the subject of this new book.
Les McKeown’s Predictable Success presents a model for the lifecycle of the organization.

I’ve always wanted to find a store where you can send them your custom artwork and they will print it for you, well I’ve found it. Zazzle
I was thinking of creating myself a shirt with my Facebook profile on it. Gonna work on the design and will post once I get it.
One of my Affiliate Marketing programs just stated paying out with PayPal and I love it. I’m also considering implementing PayPal for one other Affiliate program we will be launching this fall to pay out Affiliate Commissions. (I can’t divulge the product line, but can only give you a hint – BFG).
